There are four exhibition halls as follows: the Preface Hall on the 1st floor, the “Animation and Cartoon-Past” on the 2nd floor for the history of animation in China, “Animation and Cartoon-Today” on the 3rd floor for the current development of domestic animation and “Animation and Cartoon-Future” on the 4th floor for the application of animation technology in cutting-edge technologies. Arts: Exhibitions in Powerlong Art Center
It’s a good idea to take your children to enjoy the beauty of art by seeing some exhibitions in Powerlong Art Center.
“Tribute to Da Vinci”, the global light and shadow art exhibition that has become a massive hit in Beijing, Shanghai, Chengdu, and Changsha with a record of 10,000 visitors in a single day, has finally arrived in Hangzhou, and right here in Binjiang!
Initiated by the Leonardo da Vinci Museum in Italy and being one of the series of global events commemorating the 500th anniversary of Leonardo’s death, the exhibition uses the world’s leading new-media digital audio-visual technology to create a shocking and immersive viewing experience, fully reproducing the talent, achievements and thoughts of Leonardo Da Vinci, the all-rounder of the Renaissance.
There are six units of the exhibition: oil painting exhibition area, manuscript exhibition area, material exhibition area, VR experience area, immersive viewing area and art store. There are many interactive games as well, through which children can touch the art world of talented Leonardo da Vinci and experience his explorations and gains in astronomy, geography, medicine, architecture, nature, water conservancy, machinery, military and many other fields.
On July 10th, the “Rabbit! Rabbit! Zhang Zhanzhan Solo Exhibition” will open at Hangzhou Powerlong Art Center. At the same time, Zhang Zhanzhan, the artist, will bring his well-known PUPU Bear and his newly created rabbit sculptures to meet us in Binjiang.
In addition to the rabbits in zoo, the rabbit sculptures in the art center also worth a visit. Let’s pay a visit to the “imaginary friends” of Zhang Zhanzhan from shelves to sculptures and to the experience of the immersive space. And there will be a big surprise in the exhibition in Hanghzou—the debut of a golden rabbit.

She walked into various exhibition areas and explained the organic integration of technology and culture to her audience through interactive experiences such as reading sharing sessions, intelligent robot performances, red-themed technology models and animation dubbing production.
With free admission, free parking, and even free “plane driving”, the four-storied science & technology museum must be a fancy place for children. Just follow our visiting guide!
